The problem
Text is a beginning. A product has to deliver.
Generated text is not yet a publishing product. A customer needs a coherent workflow, usable files, an account and billing that matches the work.
Make each stage produce something the next stage can use—and something a person can inspect.
What I built
The connections
make the system.
I built Teneo as a staged publishing system. A brief becomes an outline, drafting and review produce the manuscript, and finalization creates downloadable files. The integration work includes normalizing output links and making repeated debit requests idempotent.
What happened
Usable files. A product people paid for.
A saved May 26, 2026 production report records a completed book job and PDF, EPUB and DOCX downloads. A separate September 2 Stripe readback records paid use of the product.

A completed job needs a working download.
The integration notes record a real contract mismatch: finalization returned downloadUrl while the public client expected url. The workflow could complete without exposing its downloads correctly. Normalizing the output contract fixed the handoff. Debit idempotency addressed a different failure: repeated requests must not create repeated charges.
Evidence and scope of this case
The production report checked the downloaded file signatures and credit charges. The commercial record is an aggregate Stripe readback; customer identities are not published.
Dated operating records. Successful charges are not profit, author earnings or consulting-client outcomes. The commercial figures on this page describe the saved observation, not today's subscription total.
